Job description:<\/h4>\n

1.Strategic Planning<\/strong><\/p>\n

Define the strategy of business application software system such as SAP ERP, SAP BI, SharePoint and Digital as well as assist CIO in building IT strategy<\/p>\n

Plan, execute, monitor and review the approved IT strategies<\/p>\n

2. Project Management (internal & external)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Project management activities which include analyzing and evaluating business requirements, then planning, designing, implementing, testing and supporting business applications in SAP ERP, Business Intelligence, SharePoint, and Digital application (website development, Web service, Mobile and Social, \u2026)<\/p>\n

Coordinate and lead the external partners. Agencies to ensure that project implementation completed properly<\/p>\n

Responsible for daily operation of department, provides application support, resolves incidents\/problems and enhances business application, digital application escalated to the manager level.<\/p>\n

Advises and consults with other departments on production business application issues, concerns, problems and questions<\/p>\n

Provides ad-hoc reporting, data analysis and decision support required for management decision<\/p>\n

Responsible for developing and implementing change control processes for the team to follow<\/p>\n

Creates and maintains standards, procedures and documentation related to area of responsibility<\/p>\n

Participate in recommending budget items; implements and allocates resources following budget approval<\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/h4>\n

Education<\/b><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Bachelor\/ Master degree of Information technology or Information system<\/li>\n
  • Knowledge of major system: SAP ERP, Business Intelligence, SharePoint software applications and website, mobile and social application<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Experience<\/b><\/p>\n

      \n
    • At least 5 year experience in ERP and application project management<\/li>\n
    • At least 5 year experience in IT<\/li>\n
    • 4 year experience on implement SAP solution<\/li>\n
    • 2 year experience on software development<\/li>\n
    • At least 1 year experience at FMCG company<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Specific skills<\/b><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Deep experienced in SAP ERP<\/li>\n
      • Experienced in business intelligence solution<\/li>\n
      • Knowledge in digital marketing (website, web service, mobile and social solution)<\/li>\n
      • Experienced in project management on ERP implementation and applications<\/li>\n
      • Effectively using interpersonal and communications skills including tact and diplomacy.<\/li>\n
      • Providing technical leadership for administrative application<\/li>\n
      • Effectively managing applications development projects related to administrative systems including ERP, BI, SharePoint, Digital application, as well as other organization-wide applications<\/li>\n
      • Maintaining confidentiality of work related information and materials<\/li>\n
      • Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships<\/li>\n
      • Good skill of customer service<\/li>\n
