Be responsible to make Strategic Procurement Planning and Execute the plant in accordance to approved plan<\/li>\n<li>Undertake regular review of Vendor buying\/source arrangements to ensure the fulfillment of all contractual obligation, the delivery of business value and the resolution of any disputes or non compliance whilst maintaining or exceeding the required performance standards<\/li>\n<li>Acquire Industry knowledge and best practice for the Vendor Management discipline and adapt, standardize and implement the discipline and strategy to meet business objectives<\/li>\n<li>Proactively challenge current business thinking and practice on managing Vendors and seek to implement a more structured and rigorous set of control processes<\/li>\n<li>Strengthen relationship with Suppliers and internal customers, ensuring Executive sponsorship of key accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Build up &amp; develop and regular update strategic sourcing process follow ATK<\/li>\n<li>Review and assess current commercial contracts to determine sourcing opportunities that will deliver organization-wide cost savings and business benefits, whilst protecting the companies\u2019 interests at all times<\/li>\n<li>Provide the framework by which divisions can extract not only the goods and services of vendors but their niche expertise to add value to the business<\/li>\n<li>Effectively measure vendor performance using the right SRM metric and use them to manage vendors to higher standards<\/li>\n<li>Determine and implement supplier performance cost reduction and continues improve programs<\/li>\n<li>Manage and improve the collaboration and coordination of supply chain activities<\/li>\n<li>Communicate to the Executive Board on how Procurement provides value to THP no only by cutting costs but by managing risk and leveraging cross-functional knowledge and expertise to add value<\/li>\n<li>Develop and strengthen the relationships with Vendors to supplement and enhance the contractual arrangements, ensuring the relations at Executive and Senior Management levels are healthy, mutually beneficial and aligned<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain strong partnerships between THP Business Owners and Executives \u2013 working collaboratively to jointly set the strategic sourcing direction and engagements with Suppliers<\/li>\n<li>Ensure THP\u2019s engagement with Suppliers meet the THP ethics and establish our commercial principles and purchasing ethics as an important statement of how we do business<\/li>\n<li>Prioritize the Vendor Management activities based on strategic value and business importance of the buying\/source arrangements and the available team resources<\/li>\n<li>Set realistic team and individual milestones and objectives and encourage the team to exceed performance targets<\/li>\n<li>Develop and train team members through coaching and mentoring to achieve team and individual Vendor Management strategic objectives<\/li>\n<li>Use proven effective people management skills, to ensure optimal use of team member, skills and talents.<\/li>\n<li>Optimize the time size to ensure it fits with responsibilities and challenges. Define clear accountabilities and responsibilities for the management of Vendors, and along across the business<\/li>\n<li>Establish quantitative meters and KPIs to appropriately ascertain the performance \u00f2 the Vendors and their outsource arrangements, and undertake improvement planning and implementation in consultation with other areas \u00f2 the THP organization<\/li>\n<li>Ensure maximum embedded value is extracted from the buying\/sourcing arrangements and actively seek to implement cost saving and cost avoidance opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Monitor all Vendors performance and report on overall service and business level outcomes<\/li>\n<li>Constantly strive to reduce OPEX and CAPEX expenditure from the Vendor arrangements, without compromising the business objectives or quality of service\/scope<\/li>\n<li>Work with Vendors to find innovative and sustainable ways to drive cost from the source arrangements<\/li>\n<li>Manage Group shareholder interfaces with key group functions and departments of Marketing Services<\/li>\n<li>To build and develop report to analyze market, supply base and supplier capability \u2013 Regular update category strategic sourcing plant to support company business needs<\/li>\n<li>Build up &amp; develop and regular update strategic sourcing process follow ATK<\/li>\n<li>Own the reporting process for supplier performance trend reports<\/li>\n<li>Timely report as request<\/li>\n<li>Staff management<\/li>\n<li>Other tasks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<div><strong>Job requirements:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Education<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Commercial Degree or equivalent, Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) qualification to professional stage, or equivalent preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Experience<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 7-10 years experience in procurement, supply chain, logistic, commercial and\/or strategic sourcing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Specific skills<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in leading strategic sourcing activities in FMCG and multi-disciplined buying\/sourcing are an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced negotiation and contracting skills<\/li>\n<li>The ability to develop and implement commercial strategies for THP<\/li>\n<li>In depth knowledge of Supply Chain, Procurement and Category best practices, system and processes.<\/li>\n<li>High level of commercial acumen<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable record of senior executive and stakeholder management and influencing skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"parent":0,"template":"","_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.thp.com.vn\/tuyen-dung\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/iwj_job\/10133"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.thp.com.vn\/tuyen-dung\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/iwj_job"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.thp.com.vn\/tuyen-dung\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/iwj_job"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.thp.com.vn\/tuyen-dung\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=10133"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
