{"id":19309,"date":"2020-10-27T13:29:31","date_gmt":"2020-10-27T06:29:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.thp.com.vn\/tuyen-dung\/?post_type=iwj_job&#038;p=19309"},"modified":"2020-11-09T17:15:29","modified_gmt":"2020-11-09T10:15:29","slug":"binh-duong-head-of-planning-manager","status":"publish","type":"iwj_job","link":"https:\/\/www.thp.com.vn\/tuyen-dung\/cong-viec\/binh-duong-head-of-planning-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"[Bi\u0300nh D\u01b0\u01a1ng] Head of Planning Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><strong>Job Purpose: <\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Accountable for timeliness and accuracy of company supply chain planning activities<\/li>\n<li>Produce an accurate and timely demand forecast to help related functions and overall organization in meeting customer demand<\/li>\n<li>Lead the effort to define short-term and long-term objectives and identify the execution of strategies and plans to achieve those objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Responsibility:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage all supply chain planning activities in the company ( demand planning, production planning and supply planning) across all product lines<\/li>\n<li>Define the planning process guidelines and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Develop a systematic review with business management on required service levels and associated targets and required adjustments.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the development of the demand plan creation by Sales function, monitor accuracy and adherence to the standards and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee management of inventory levels by Logistics funtion and monitoring in accordance with business targets<\/li>\n<li>Act as the custodian of the S&amp;OP meeting, lead and steer the S&amp;OP process to obtain consensus between demand and supply<\/li>\n<li>Participate as required in the development of short and long term plans in order to assure optimization of production capacity, plant operations and supply chain infrastructure while meeting customer needs.<\/li>\n<li>Develop annual sales forecast and support the development and finalization of annual business goals<\/li>\n<li>Support company leadership with long-term forecasts of company and brand performance to aid strategic business planning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h4>Knowledge, experience and skills<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor of business majors, finance, engineering or supply chain<\/li>\n<li>Fluent computer literacy for office uses.<\/li>\n<li>Good English ( both Writing and Oral)<\/li>\n<li>At least 5 years\u2019 experience in equivalent or related level<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of demand planning process within FMCG<\/li>\n<li>Leadership, Solving problem<\/li>\n<li>Teamwork skill, Communication skill and adaptability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"parent":0,"template":"","_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.thp.com.vn\/tuyen-dung\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/iwj_job\/19309"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.thp.com.vn\/tuyen-dung\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/iwj_job"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.thp.com.vn\/tuyen-dung\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/iwj_job"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.thp.com.vn\/tuyen-dung\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=19309"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
