JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Establish, implement and maintain the Performance Management System
  • Establish, implement and maintain the potential human resources
  • Build development programs for potential human resources and successors
  • Participate in buildup and develop the training objectives
  • Manage, Operate and develop Training activities, Training system
  • Implement enhancing workforce’s capabilities projects
  • Manage budget and develop direct Subordinate

REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Administration. MBA preferred

Experience

  • Min 8 years of work experience in human resource management, of which 5 years of work experience in management position; experience in training & talent management practice being a plus.
  • Progressive knowledge about human resource management, special in OD.
  • Focused knowledge/ experience on competency indentification / assessment including implementation of talent management programs & activities.
