Mô tả công việc:

– Establish, implement and maintain the Performance Management System
+ Ensure the timely scheduling of the performance assessment calendar
+ Establish, implement and calibrate the performance management procedures to direct the effective result, and to be updated by the strategy of company
+ Design and/or keep updated L&G objectives and generic KPIs typically applicable to functions, ensuring that these objectives align with the organization’s strategic objectives

– Establish, implement and maintain the potential human resources
+ Develop and manage talent development process (procedure and relating dossier) as well as annual budget; succession plan process

– Build development programs for potential human resources and successors
+ Implement, track and report to VPHR effectiveness of talent development programs and suggest improvement for better results.
+ Suggest and plan for tools, annual program and budget, coordinate with other departments or outsiders to ensure the plan to be done as schedule and in approved budget.
+ Implement and track development program as well as succession plan for potential employees, report regularly as schedule and propose improvement when necessary.

– Participate in buildup and develop the training objectives
– Manage, Operate and develop Training activities, Training system
– Implement enhancing workforce’s capabilities projects
– Manage budget and develop direct Subordinate
– Other tasks


Yêu cầu:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Administration. MBA preferred or higher
  • At least 8 years’ experience in human resource management, of which 5 years of work experience in management position; experience in training & talent management practice being a plus.
  • Progressive knowledge about human resource management, special in OD.
  • Focused knowledge/ experience on competency identification / assessment including implementation of talent management programs & activities.
