Head of Talent Acquisition Manager

Mục đích công việc

  1. Business Planning, Organizing & Coordinating
  • Building target for department as well as target of positions meet target of Departments, Division and Company; Building and controlling action budget
  • Build action plan to achieve the goal; build KPI, measuring, target to supervise action effective of department.
  1. Manpower planning & Hiring Management
  • Review and check all recruitment plans of all departments, meet all personnel requirements. Employees are arranged logically, the right people to meet the strategic goals of company
  1. Sourcing management
  • Managing all company’s sourcing channels
  • Monitoring hiring information on all company’s hiring channels.
  • Control information system on hiring software (Interview Management).
  1. Selection management
  • Organize, conduct recruitment plan for Talent Acquisition Dept.
  • Manage, implement plant to recruit professional quality standard of company and continuous improvement activity daily in department to provide perfect service to meet the expectation of external customers as well as internal customers.
  1. Staff Management
  • Personnel management
  • Engagement, promotion, training and development of staff in department to ensure the competence and professional of the entire department
  1. Hiring process management
  • Develop processes
  • Actively reviewing work processes to improve service as well as improve operation efficiency and risk management

Các điều kiện cần có

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree, major in Business Administration, Human Resources Management preferred or higher

Experience

  • At least 5 years experience in recruiting, working in FMCG

Specific skills

  • Planning, organization, leadership, recruiting skills and well-informed about related others
  • Interview skill, Negotiation skill
  • Excellent in English
  • Knowledge of HR management.
  • Understanding and applying labor laws
