Mô tả công việc

  • Develop annual digital MKT strategy and plan for each brand to achieve brand’s goal.
  • Manage digital campaign for all brands
  • Manage DMEC spend of digital for all brand within given %.
  • Lead Social Media Engagement and ensure both delivery against brand’s KPIa as well as Return on Marketing Investment.
  • Monitor and assess consumer trends, needs, behaviors and feed them back into the Market Insights and Brand team to inform the brand strategies
  • Execute cross-functional business goals in the digital space (e.g. Marketing, Sales, Consumer Service objectives)
  • Participate in centralized data-driven programming for online programs
  • Maximize brand images & values thru sponsorships.
  • Coodinating to evaluate, select & manage digital agencies.
  • Lead real-time direct consumer interaction via social media and maximize the transparency between brand digital and brand marketing team.
  • Development and sharing of digital best practices – especially by close following of facebook BluePrint and other online courses available
  • Evaluate the quality of online media services of agencies and check acceptance of digital media channel results of each campaign.
  • Optimizing effective KPI of Media Campaign.

Yêu cầu

  • Have a real deeply knowledge and experience of Facebook ( multi objective for campaign: awareness, reach, conversion, build interaction..)
  • Have a real knowledge and experience with Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Google tools, and the top social channels
  • Strong unsderstanding of Social media, apps, & video platforms
  • Ability to identify key marketing insight and analyis data trends. Ability to effectively communication and report statistics
  • Consitently raise the standard of paid digital activation. Lead the action plan to drive the efficienc of PPC campaigns./
  • Have a good understanding and can pick up new tool quickly
  • Knowledge of competitive and behavior on marketplace FMCG is advantage
  • Excellent understanding of online media planning, implementation and optimizations/
