Job description

  1. Planning – Implementation – Checking & monitoring
  • Build up and maintain Tan Hiep Phat business management system that is lean (integrated, effective, efficiency), meet to requirements of relevant international standards of management system (HACCP – ISO 22000/ ISO 9001/ ISO 14001/ ISO 27001/ OHSAS 18000/SOX/ ISO 22301/ ISO 55001/ ISO 21500/…) and relevant statutory and regulatory requirements of Vietnam and countries in which THP has business
  • Quality and food safety management to ensure THP products reached to consumers are integrity
  • Create safe workplaces at THP
  • Manager wastes in order to minimize impacts to environment
  • Improve quality of THP business management system to ensure the effectiveness, efficiency, confidentiality, integrity and availability of the system;
  • Improve quality and food safety to ensure THP products meet to THP specifications and minimize cost of non-quality;
  • Improve safety of work environment to ensure safety of everyone who works in THP location;
  • Minimize use of nature resources and waste discharge to environment
  1. Report
  • Daily report nonconformities of QA/QC/EOHS of THP Group to board of executive directors
  • Weekly report of ex-week performance and plan for next week to CEO Office
  • Monthly performance review report includes gap and closing gap of QA/QC/EOHS to board of executive directors
  • Quarterly report of EOHS to related authorities as legal requirements
  • Annually report to QA/QC/EOHS performance and annually/ long term plant to board of executive directors
  1. Staff Management
  • Build up the commitment of everyone in QA/QC division THP’s vision, mission and core values
  • Plan for QA/QC work force, get approval as existence procedure and effectively implement
  • Establish AOP for QA/QC division, get approval and operation within approved budget
  • Build up capabilities for each post in the organization to ensure everyone able to deliver results that meet to THP’s requirements/expectations
  • Build successors for critical/very important posts of QA/QC Division
  1. Others
